Cancellation & Refund Conditions

  1. Same-Day Cancellations

    • No refund will be provided for cancellations made on the same day of the scheduled service.

  2. Advance Cancellation (1 Day Prior)

    • To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be made at least one day (24 hours) prior to the scheduled service.

  3. Booking Amount

    • The initial booking amount paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  4. Full Advance Payment

    • If you have paid the full amount in advance, you are eligible for a partial or full refund based on our cancellation timeline mentioned above.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
